FOOD WASTE UPCYCLING

Food waste upcycling refers to the process of converting food waste into useful products or resources. Some of the benefits of food waste upcycling includes Reducing Landfill Waste, Conserving Natural Resources, Improving Soil Health and Decreasing Carbon Footprint. This workshop will go over composting and eco enzymes, which is the process of converting food waste into nutrient-rich organic materials that can be used to improve soil health and as a multi-purpose liquid detergent, respectively.
