REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Eco Rangers, we hope you enjoy your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request for a refund or an exchange, subject to the terms and conditions. For more information on our return policy, please see the section below.

RETURN POLICY
Our Eco Rangers handcrafted items are carefully created, packed, and delivered to you with the utmost appreciation and confidence that you will enjoy your item(s) when it arrives! We understand, however, that a product may not always be exactly what you expected. Please read the following policies before returning a product.

Since majority of our products are handcrafted, each one is unique and may have minor variations in appearance, such as color, shape, and texture. These are not defects, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

If the item has been opened, used, or deemed to be of satisfactory quality, we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange.

All shipping costs incurred on returns and/or exchanges from or to the customer's address must be borne by the customer.

On a case-by-case basis, we reserve the right to accept or refuse returns or exchanges.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@ecorangers.sg, describe the problem with the product, and wait for our return or exchange instructions. Return your item securely in its original packaging, along with your proof of purchase, and mail it to the following address:

Please note, Eco Rangers will not be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUND/EXCHANGE
We will process your refund or exchange after receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item for your refund or exchange to be processed. When your refund or exchange has been processed, we will notify you via email.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
There will be strictly no cancellation and refunds for services purchased. Services includes bookings for workshops, events, tours and/or similar products.
